PAYMENT
All payments are processed by Etsy, Gumroad or Amazon. Mili Fay Art will not have access to any of your payment information.
SHIPPING
Mili Fay Art ships all of the products via Canada Post from the M6A 2K4 Postal Code. The shipping you are paying does not reflect the Actual Shipping Cost*. All of the products are inspected prior to shipping and packaged to industry standards, if an item arrives damaged, please contact Mili Fay Art immediately, but note that Mili Fay Art is not responsible for packages once they are shipped.
*Actual Shipping Cost: The shipping you are paying is a flat rate cost that Mili Fay has decided to extend to her customers. The Actual Shipping Cost is the amount she has paid Canada Post to ship the product. For United States customers, please note that shipping costs in Canada are more expensive than those in US. You can find the Actual Shipping Cost on the shipping information on your package. Mili Fay Art will absorb the Handling Cost (cost of envelopes, bubble paper, time it takes to package the item for shipping, etc.).
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Please make sure that you really want the item before you make your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) in New Condition* for a full refund, minus the Actual Shipping Cost** and the 5$ restocking fee, within 45 days from the date you’ve placed your order. The refund will be given the moment the items are received by Mili Fay Art. If Mili Fay Art does not receive the returned product or if the product is not in New Condition no refund will be issued.
All of Mili Fay Art products are packaged according to industry standards and they are inspected prior to shipping. If damage occurs during shipping, Mili Fay Art cannot be held responsible; however, Mili Fay will attempt to get a refund from Canada Post so contact her as soon as possible.
CUSTOMISED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Mili Fay is happy to customise a product with a special message, or by signing the item. Sale on all such products is final.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales are final.
*New Condition means that items can be sold again as a new product; they have no scratches, dents, tears, etc.

CUSTOMISATION POLICY
Mili Fay is happy to customise any of the products by writing a special message or signing the item. The customisation if free. You can request such customisation by contacting Mili Fay Art:
a. before the physical products are shipped
b. before downloading a digital product*
All customised sales are final.
*Mili Fay cannot customise a product sold by Amazon. However, if you provide her with the proof of purchase (for example, a screen capture of the Amazon’s receipt), she will email you a personalized digital card you can print or attach to your digital gift.
